Teachers, staff and students are filling buckets on a
daily basis at WMS. Lessons on good and positive behavior are
filling the classrooms at WMS. Principal Lisa Candito and Reading
Specialist Cheryl Shipman spent the early days of school reading the book, Have
You Filled a Bucket Today to all of the students at WMS as the kick off of
a Positive Behavior Intervention Strategy ( PBIS) at WMS. Students who
are recognized for positive behavior are given a ticket and are entered into a
weekly drawing. Prizes from the drawing include, lunch with the
principal, no homework pass, extra recess for their class, office helper, open
gym and many more. Follow this link (http://www.bucketfillers101.com) to
learn more about filling buckets and the positive message in the book, Have
You Filled a Bucket Today.
