I am deeply honored to introduce an exceptional addition to the Ware Public Schools administrative team. Please join me in extending a warm welcome to Mr. Michael Fazio, who will be assuming the role of Assistant Principal at Ware High School.

Mr. Fazio is a local talent, born and raised in Spencer, Massachusetts, where he proudly attended David Prouty High School. After graduating, he pursued higher education at Assumption University, earning a degree in chemistry. His teaching career commenced at Tantasqua Regional High School, where he dedicated three successful years to inspiring young minds. He then transitioned to Ware High School, where for the past six years he has passionately taught math, providing students with a foundation of rigorous instruction.

In both the classroom and on the football field, Mr. Fazio is known for his unwavering commitment to high standards and excellence. He is not only a dedicated educator but also a respected community member, making him a valuable addition to both our school and the broader school community.

Beyond his teaching role, Mr. Fazio has demonstrated exceptional leadership by coaching young men, instilling in them values such as leadership, commitment, and the pursuit of excellence.

Among Mr. Fazio's many achievements, one of the most notable is his unwavering commitment to his family, and we warmly welcome them into our school community.

In his new capacity as Assistant Principal, Mr. Fazio will play a pivotal role in fostering collaboration among our staff, parents, and community members. His dedication is centered on ensuring that each student receives the support they need to excel academically, socially, and emotionally. Mr. Fazio's commitment to creating an inclusive and equitable environment aligns seamlessly with our district's core values and objectives.

Your continued support is immensely appreciated as we collectively strive to provide the best possible educational experience for our students.

Warm regards,

Michael P. Lovato Superintendent
