Ms. Connolly joined Ware Public Schools in August 2019 as the WJSHS School Psychologist. Having access to opportunities for positive change is her favorite part of this career.  Ms. Connolly loves working with the students and having the opportunity to try and support their unique needs in effective and creative ways.  She appreciates the small community climate that Ware has and the motivation she sees in the teachers.  It is clear to her that the school community keeps what is best for their students at the forefront of decision making.

After working in Applied Behavior Analysis for a number of years, Ms. Connolly developed a passion for working with Special Education students.  She wanted to expand her knowledge of effective interventions to use with a wide range of students with varying levels of needs and disabilities.  She was thrilled to find a career that met all of the goals that she wanted to achieve when she came across the field of School Psychology.  Ms. Connolly served as a practicum school psychologist student at Sarah W. Gibbons Middle School in Westborough, MA and completed her internship as a school psychologist at Leicester Memorial Elementary School.  She has loved the opportunity of learning about how to best meet student’s needs in this career.

When Ms. Connolly is not in school you can find her enjoying one of her many hobbies, which include hiking, camping, spending time with family, friends and her pets.  Ms. Connolly hopes to become more involved in marginalized youth programs and educational advocacy.
